Reservation and invitation terms

1. What a reservation is

A reservation holds your place to order Janus One when orders open. It costs US$10, paid in stablecoins through our payment provider, Infini. The balance is also paid in stablecoins when you order. It is not a purchase of Janus One; the terms of sale are presented to you when you order.

Your US$10 is credited against the price of your Janus One when you order.

2. Price, ordering and delivery

Janus One is priced at US$7,999, before any applicable taxes, duties and shipping. Orders open, to members first, once 1,000 reservations have been paid and not cancelled, or on 25 December 2026 if that comes first (the launch); the current count is shown on our website. Janus One ships within two months of launch. Until you order, you can cancel your reservation at any time and receive your US$10 back. If we can’t ship within the time we state when you order, we’ll tell you and offer you the choice of waiting or receiving a full refund.

Reservations are open worldwide. The countries we ship to, taxes and duties, and the power plug for your region are shown when you place your final order. If we can’t deliver to your country, we refund your reservation in full.

3. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel your reservation at any time before you order, from your reservation page. We return your US$10 in stablecoins to the wallet address you give us, less the blockchain network fee, normally within three business days. Cancelling removes your invitation code and any discount. Friends you already invited keep their discount.

4. Invitations

  • Janus One is offered by invitation. You need an invitation code from a member or from us to reserve.
  • Once your reservation is paid, you receive a personal invitation code you can share with up to five people. We may grant more invitations at our discretion.
  • If you join with a member’s invitation, you receive 20% off the price of your Janus One.
  • When the first friend you invited completes their reservation, you receive 20% off as well.
  • Discounts are limited to one per person, at most 20%, and apply to one Janus One. They are personal, can’t be transferred or exchanged for cash, and require a valid reservation at the time you order.
  • Discounts require two different people in different households. We review invitations and may cancel discounts gained through self-referral, duplicate accounts, false information or other abuse.

5. Changes

Janus One is a new product. Its design and features may be refined before it ships. We’ll tell you about any material change before you order, and you can cancel and get your reservation refunded if you no longer want it.
